Description: Description For sale is a fantastic rare German made Haeberlein-Metzger gingerbread/biscuit tin. It's a vintage mid century tin made around the 1950s. It features litho graphics showing various German buildings around the tin, and the company pictorial logo on the lid. The green colour is striking and vivid! The tin measures 11cm high by 9cm in diameter. It's in incredible condition for its age. I've included many photos showing all sides of the tin so you can clearly see the design and condition. There is one small spot of discolouration on top of the lid which you can see in the photos. This is quite a rare tin, and I doubt you will find another one in such good condition! It's a must have in any tin collection, or a unique item to display in a vintage kitchen or business. I have a number of tins at the time of listing, including some other rare German examples in amazing condition. I can combine postage if you buy more than one. About Me I am downsizing after 30+ years of collecting and have a large variety of different items to sell. I'm also selling a lot of items from my grandparents and other family that need to find a new home. There will be some really interesting listings to come, and I try to be very fair on the prices. I post everything within 2 days of purchase, and only charge the actual cost of postage. I will combine postage if you buy multiple items.
