It may be possible to find some kind of extender, like an extra clasp, to fit a larger wrist. Crystal is mostly clean but has some faint marks shown in various lighting and different angles. Overall, and excellent piece! I count 26 diamonds on the outer ring and 24 on the inner, but may have lost count.
