Description: This Elite H-37 AM/FM radio cassette tape recorder is a vintage gem from the 1970s that has been fully tested and is in working order. The brown colour of the recorder adds to its rustic charm, making it a great addition to any radio collector's collection. The recorder is perfect for anyone who wants to relive the nostalgia of the 1970s by listening to their favourite radio stations or recording their own music. Its unique features include a cassette tape that can be easily loaded and played, and a compact design that makes it easy to transport. This item is a must-have for any radio enthusiast or collector. Could not find this model anywhere on the internet, it looks like a Grundig Elite model, though none of the ones I found online or in the Radio Museum had a cassette deck included. The only information is what's on the back - Elite H-37 model. Radio and cassette are both working, aerial is in excellent condition, no tarnishing and extends fully. Takes 4 x C cell batteries, or can be powered by 240v mains, although the moulded original plug does not look like a modern 3 pin mains plug - because of this this unit has only been tested with batteries, not mains voltage. There is a switch on the back to change between AC mains and DC batteries. See all photos and the videos for condition. The cassette and batteries shown in the pictures are not included.
