Adjustable from approx. 18" to 21 3/4". Measures approx. 2 1/8" by 1.5" across widest points of fish pendant. Each chunky faux pearl is about 11/16" wide. In wearable condition but if you look closely you will see some small spots on the faux pearls and at least one has some of the coating chipped off, as shown in the close up pictures.
