Description: This lovely rare vintage 14-day strike mantel/shelf clock was manufactured in Germany by HAC and, dates to Edwardian era. It has been restored in the original antique condition as found and comes without any missing parts. The clock is in very good working order and, regulated to keep very good time.It strikes a coiled metal gong located at the back of solid brass movement every 1/2 hour and the number of hours on passing. The original walnut and pine wooden case is also in good order and, complete with the carved wooden pediment to the top. It stands approx. 14" high, 10.5" wide and 6" deep.
