RARE Vintage Busch Bavarian Beer Chalk Chalkware Bar Sign Anheuser Old Plaque

Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Vintage "Busch Bavarian Beer" Chalk Sign Sign is in good vintage shape. Does have some chips. Is all chalk. 3D, raised image, measures 15 ½" by 11". Has string on back for hanging, but I would definitely suggest a good strong wire for support. Have never seen one of these before or since. Very cool and unique. I believe a pale lager was introduced in 1955 as Busch Bavarian Beer; the brand name was changed in 1979 to Busch Beer. So this should be 1955 to 1979 vintage. Gave a pretty penny for it back in the day when I was collecting beer signs. Have more old beer items for sale.
