I have listed it as Used, but it was with some New Old Stock parts that I own and I suspect it has never been on a reel, however it was most likely stored poorly. It has rust on the metal strip on the cast button and some light scratches from being stored with other covers. You should be able to enlarge pics for more detail. I Ship Quickly!
