Description: Vintage Lane and Co LA California Red Clown Cookie Jar Ceramic 1950 AS IS Condition: This funny guy is over 70 years old, and has the scars to prove it. The only crack is inside the peak of his hat and likely occurred in manufacturing. He has two bits of breakage and reattachment - the black ball atop his hat and on the inner rim of the body opening. He has enough chips so that I couldn't get close ups of them all - left foot edge, left foot ruffle, right hand ruffle, back side of inner lid, and left side of hat (which occurred when ball came off). There are some pinpricks in the glaze, mostly on his belly. Unbelievably, there is no crazing. He is clearly marked and dated. See photos.
