It is a longsleeved button down shirt / jacket. It has red buttons down the front, cuffs, and two chest pocket flaps. There is no size tag. Measurements - (given unstretched laid flat on the floor and doubled when needed) Chest - 54" Waist - 52" Shoulder Seam - 22" Sleeve Length - 24" Length - 27" Approx.
