I also have certification in other types of healing modalities that help amplify the Reiki energy. I am a Registered Nurse with experience in several areas of healthcare. I have several years of experience doing Reiki in hospitals, hospice, and private practice. I have been featured on podcasts and had my story written in Raven Keyes Medical Reiki: A Groundbreaking Approach to Using Energy Medicine for Challenging Treatments. Reiki increases the vibration and flow of energy in the body. It promotes relaxation and relieves stress. Reiki brings balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit, and promotes good health and well-being by moving stuck energy and balancing the chakra system. A distance session can be done anytime but to enhance the experience on your end I recommend a time when you can set and relax or even take a little nap!
