This knife features two carbon steel blades, nickel silver bolsters and liners, and yellow celluloid handle scales with a blank shield cartouche on one side. Length closed is 3-1/8". The blade is tang stamped Remington, Made in USA. Both blades appear to be at least 90% intact with very slight rounding at the tip of the both blades. Both blades show some minor pitting throughout along with some small nicks on the blade edges. Both blades "walk and talk." There is a crack in one of the handle scales. This knife is very well made and will provide many more years of service with proper care. Or, it would be right at home in a collection of American pocket knives.
