Jewel cases will most likely have scuff marks as they are used. we replace any cases that are in really bad shape or covered in stickers etc.. ( Blu ray jewel cases are harder to find so replacing them is more of a challenge than DVDS so some will have stickers or damage please look at picture closely as it will be exact item you will get.)
