Description: This is an alternative system to replace the KWA E-12 main seal that is used in many of their PTP line GBB airsoft pistols NOTE: The green seal in the photos is not included, it's only to show what part this assembly is intended to replace. You will receive the 3 pieces shown in the second photo. After constantly having to replace shattered seals and pay ~$11 each shipped from KWA (if they even have them in stock) I decided to figure out how to replace them with non OEM parts as this piece is overengineered and unnecessarily proprietary. This solution consists of an O ring and two shims. The shims will crush down just enough for the O ring to sit on the shoulder and still have slight flexibility in movement around the center. You can actually control the FPS by the tightness of the screw, but at what I consider the ideal tightness I tested right around 325 FPS with .20g BBs. You want to tighten until just before the O ring is pinned, where it has just a slight amount of play. The pictures demonstrate the installation process.
