Designed by noted architect Robert Venturi and his spouse, Denise Scott Brown. Produced by Reed & Barton in the 1990s. Made in Japan. Totaling 42 pieces, the set is comprised of: 8 dinner forks (8" length)3 salad forks (7" length)9 tea spoons (6 1/4" length)7 table spoons (7" length)10 dinner knives (9 1/2" length)1 serving knife (7 3/4" length)1 jam/jelly or sugar spoon (6 1/4" length)1 serving fork (8 7/8" length)1 serving spoon (9" length)1 slotted serving spoon (9" length) Recent sales on Live Auctioneers include: 2018, $1,000 (56 pieces); 2021, $1,500 (44 pieces); 2024, $2,200 (36 pieces). An auction on June 10, 2021 at Wright Auctions sold a 64 piece set for $6,875. Examples of this rare and sought after set are in the collections of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Yale University Art Gallery. Items are used, so there are surface scratches.
