HEAT RESISTANT The Under Hood Rodent Electronic Repeller is designed for use in the engine compartment, featuring durable, fire-resistant materials capable of withstanding extreme under hood conditions. It functions reliably within a temperature range of approximately -20°C (-4°F) to around 80°C (176°F). Operating it outside of this range can cause device damage. Please ensure that the device is not exposed to excessive heat. Avoid placing it on or near the car engine, exhaust manifold, or any other high-temperature zones. LOW POWER CONSUMPTION The average current draw is approximately 0.01A. You will hear two short beeps from the device, indicating that the device is set to Standby mode and all functions will be on deactivated. When finished, you can simply re-activate the device by pressing the ON button. ON Button Press this button to re-activate the device after it is deactivated by the Standby button. You will hear two short beeps from the device, indicating that the device is set to ON status and it starts to work. Test Button Press this button to set the sound mode to Test Mode. The device starts producing sonic waves that are audible to humans. This function will not be successful if the device is in Standby mode.
