The heal is about 1 1/2 inches and the upper about 8 1/2 inches. The tongue is leather. There are 9 lace holes on each side an a set of laces are included with this purchase. Sole footprint is 4 7/8 inches wide and 13 inches long. Boots are in brand-new condition. The soles show no wear. Boots look awesome with military gear or leather. Get these for a bargain!
