This vest is old and fragile. I received this around 75 years ago and was part of my collection of treasures as a child. It was found while cleaning out my parents estate. It is red with blue tassels. The stitching at the shoulders is secure. The stitching at the seams under the right arm looks like it has the original for 2/3 of the way and then it was mended the rest of the way to the bottom (see photo # 11) and the stitching under the left arm looks to be original but it has come loose at the top and bottom of the seam (see photo #10). Because of its age and use, there seem to be several breaks in the rope mainly on the back of the vest (see photo # 7 near the R in Rogers). The arm openings are about 9.5” straight across. There is some creasing but, overall no serious issues found. Please review the included photos of the actual items to make a complete determination of its condition.
