Description: LARGE ROYAL DUX ART NOUVEAU SHELL CENTERPIECE LARGE ROYAL DUX PORCELAIN ART NOUVEAU CENTERPIECE WITH (2) WOMEN AROUND BOTANICAL FORM SHELL - 16" x 10" x 20" THIS PIECE IS AS NEW. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. CIRCA 1890. PURCHASED AT AN ESTATE SALE IN THE NICEST NEIGHBORHOOD IN ATLANTA THE WOMAN HAD PASSED AT 100 AND THE PLACE WAS AN ABSOLUTE TIME WARP I HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS PIECE IS CIRCA 1890 On the bottom is the raised bisque triangle “royal dux Bohemia” with an “E” in the middle. The number “924” is stamped The number “12” is painted to the right of the triangle. Below the triangle “24” is stamped. The piece was dusty. I very carefully cleaned it up a bit. Appears to be flawless. Truly amazing. No marks. Nicks. Chips. Cracks. Looks new. See pics. What you see is what you get.
