Anything that cannot be bent or twisted USPS will charge you a package rate, and it is more in person retail at the post office. If the envelope is rigid & non bendable it gets billed a package rate. I will try to send ASAP but now have it set at 3 business days. I am too old to be rushing every day. But if you need it sooner I will work with you. I want to do what is right for the customer, not Ebay. If I have typos I am missing etc I am just trying to get as many things up as possible. I have medical issues so excuse those.
