Description: sold as " as is " for parts, not working , because this semi- working general xray MAS-2 Clamp on mAs meter does not work 100%it comes with user manual and BRAND NEW battery ... note....i do not have the time to try to make this 100% working so i am selling it at a big discount. the clamp meter powers on and will read counts but then it will error because the counts max out . if i put my DVM test leads on the 2 posts ( and negative and positive port jacks) then i can read the millivolts and use the thumb-wheel to adjust the milliVolts, but when hooked up to a PMX-III the counts will continuely run up until it errors. so this clamp meters is sort of semi working, if you can fix it you will save 100s of dollars vs a good working clamp meter from RTI. the list price was over 2100 for these ma clamps new years ago. . . all you see is what you get. smoke and pet free lab. i ship world wide......and remember, this meter is tested by me and fully works, and just because some other ebay seller has a meter that tuns on, does not mean that his meter will read xray..... but all my tested equipment does. the unit just came out of calibration. it works 100% NOTE-- Overseas buyers , message me and i can give you a cheaper shipping price option, but not here thru ebay because of ebays policies understand? just message me and i will explain how to do cheaper shipping for an overseas buyer, understand? if you are international / overseas / out side of the USA buyer, message me and i can sell to you but not thru ebay because of ebays bad policies w shipping / tracking high value test meters. just message me thanks per ebay' s NEW policy, EBAY is now requiring me to add this disclaimer to listings in the healthcare category.
