From 2008.All photos are of the actual item you will receive.The cellophane has some light usual general wear like some surface scratches but none deep, unusual or noticeable without a bright light. There is a faint indentation, very small on the back near the left of the second picture. I tired to take a photo but it's really faint and came out blurry since I had to zoom in to see it and it would not adjust on it. I will try to upload a better picture if I can get one, but it is minor and I'm unsure it goes through to the case or not. It does not pierce though, as there are no rips, tears, cracks or other cellophane damage that normally would be seen on vintage sealed games. It's really quite lovely! There is a spec as well, it can be felt, a if part of the cellophane or under it from production, on the front cover, but again, not too noticeable. There is an up close photo of it.I checked this game many times and see no creases, cracks or other damage, just what is stated above. I looked very carefully to see anything I could. It's really beautiful in person! Please see the pictures as part of the description and judge it for yourself. Please ask for additional pictures before purchasing, if you feel you need them.
