Format: 9.1"x10.1" production release 1990 by SABAN File: A40- B13 -Guido & Speedy While this cel is backpainted, somewhere in production, the animators decided it needed added color on the breast plate and applied Acrylic Paint on the front of the cel in a small area. (As acrylics never really dry, it then stuck to the douga stored in front of the cel. I left some tiny white paper frags stuck on this added paint)
