This was used maybe 4 times This equipment works just how it is supposed to, gives the neck a great stretch. One thing...the Velcro seems to be an issue on this item though, it is very heavy duty so it wants to stick to what it is stuck too, and the adhesive seems to be a factory issue. It wants to pull up, but if you push it back down you have no problem. Just hold on to Velcro when you adjust the head strap. The manual bag has a slight tear. See photos
