Description: This auction is for a rare unsigned Wilardy lucite handbag or purse made in the 1950's. I have sold the black handbag decorated with rhinestones that is just like this one and also pictured in the book, "Carry Me". The handbag is in great condition with a mirror on the inside lid that appears to be undamaged. There may be a few faux pearls missing along the bottom band. However, the pearls are not spaced evenly, so I am not sure that any are missing. There is no damage to the lucite...no chips, cracks, wear etc. This purse measures 7" from end to end and 4" from the top to the bottom, not including the handles. The handles do stand up on their own. Exquisite and very rare bag! If an item is damaged in shipment or there are any condition issues that I missed, please send me a note and a photograph. No returns will be accepted without a photograph.
