This issue originates from a different press compared to the original precanceled version of this precanceled issue, Type I, #2132a. The two are distinguishable by the length of " Stanley Steamer"--on the original Type I #2132a, the length = 18mm, on this reprint, Type II, it is 17 2/3mm. Also, the original issue has a joint line where this reprint does not. The 2024 Scott US Specialized catalogue value for the Plate Nuber strip of five is $12.50.The strip has been hand-selected for centering and integrity. It will be Very Fine or better.This plate number strip of five is fault-free and mint, never hinged.
