It is an o-ring of smaller diameter. #2 - Morestone No. 3 Foden 14 Ton Milk Delivery Wagon The second fender on the left side was broken off and reattached. The right, rear corner of the bed was broken off and reattached. The bed is not attached to the chassis. The original chain for the posts is missing. A replacement chain is included.
