Description: Here we have a sweet set of 5 vintage handcrafted wood Christmas ornaments of pig-tailed girls engrossed in needlecrafts and sewing. So cute! One holds scissors, another has a spool of "thread," while others knit and crochet. Unmarked, in the style of Erzgebirge, but most likely from Japan or China. Very clean and fresh, have been very carefully stored by a devoted collector. It is possible that some embellishments are missing -- there aren't obvious signs of loss, such as an exposed spot of glue, but there is one girl, the one with the spool of yarn-thread sitting next to her who seems as if she should be holding needles and her hands have tiny holes drilled for them. You could add some if you're crafty. She looks great as-is, doesn't appear "broken," so maybe just leave her as-is. All have functional hangers for hanging, and are also able to sit on their own. As always with us, absolutely nothing sticky or otherwise gross, and no funky odors.
