They have been in a distributors warehouse for at least the last 7 years. The tape on the boxes barely stick anymore. We have retape the boxes shut. They are all new and in box. We opened them all up to make sure everything is there and they are all there with the bolts in a baggie under the seat. They come in a small box and require assembly.
