Description: This auction is for a Rare Set of four USS MISSISSIPPI SSN-782 "GATOR" SUBMARINE BADGE INSIGNIA - ALL REGULATION SIZE (2.75"). ANTIQUE GOLD, ANTIQUE SILVER, SHINY GOLD, & SHINY SILVER. These badges were designed by the crew of the submarine. They have a submarine with a head on view. Two fierce looking alligators are resting on each side (Port & Starboard) of the Submarine. It has the same dimensions of an official U.S. Navy Submarine Insignia. This is an unofficial version of the submarine insignia. A novelty set of dolphins. There are the initials "KAG" on the back of the badges. The badges are quality made by the same company that makes submarine insignia for the U.S. Navy, VANGUARD. It has two clutch post pins on the back for attachments. I will be on travel form July 25th to August 14th. I will not be able to ship items won until August 15th.
