Description: Set of 4 Whitney Made, Worcester, Mass embossed Halloween postcards. Circa 1910. Black cats and owls is the theme to these wonderfully illustrated cards. All divided backs, 2 posted and 2 unposted. The 2 with the jack o lanterns are in very good condition, clean, no condition issues at all except light edge and or corner wear and unposted. The black cat and owl is also in ver good condition with soft corners and a surface crease upper left, the one with the black cat in witch hat has a tear and a stain. All have strong wonderful colors, beautifully made. Please see additional Halloween and holiday postcards from the Victorian era in my store.
