These buttons are the cutest white opaque buttons that have been over painted. The white button shows through and the color wash accents all the detail. These buttons measure 5/8 inch across and are self shank. They have never been used or been in circulation before. These buttons were manufactured For the Haute Couture Houses in the early 1900's, and have been in storage since before WW11. These are wonderful pieces of history that can only add to your crafting projects. I have sewn them to a trade card reproduced from the same period. These buttons have been stored since the 1940’s so time has stood still for them and they are in new condition.
