Description: This is a sale for two items. First, an antique silver plated tea pot with the 'Wm Rogers" engraved (surrounded by the eagle and star) It is in amazing shape considering it is almost 200 years old. This stamp was used from 1825 to 1841 by the Rogers company. I think it must have remained polished the whole time. There are literally no spots of tarnish or corrosion on it. Maybe very light surface scratches (if you can call them scratches) It looks more like marks made from polishing since they are circular (please see photos). The second item is a gorgeous round silver plated serving tray. Also Rogers Co. It is engraved "FB Rogers Silver Co." It also has the trademark crown and 1883 engraved. The tray is also in very good antique condition. Very shiny, heavy and no corrosion. Pretty unbelievable. What an amazing find. Thanks for looking!!
