Description: SGT. BILKO #1 (DC 1957). Based on the CBS television show in the late 1950's featuring PHIL SILVERS, MAURICE GOSFIELD, HARVEY LEMBECK, ALLAN MELVIN and PAUL FORD. VERY GOOD MINUS (3.5) condition. This is a sound but lower-grade copy of this magazine with very good color and some of the original gloss. There are stress lines at the spine with a 3/4" split at the top and a 1/4" split at the bottom. The staples show some pulling but they firmly bind the cover and all interior pages. There are scuff marks at the lower left and a small tear at left center of the bottom edge. There is a small fold impression at the bottom right corner and a stain along the top edge.
