Description: This is a Silver coloured cased pendant / charm made from a Scottish SHILLING coin. The earliest is from 1947, latest from 1966. There are two versions, as shown. King George VI - 1947 to 1951 - Crowned Lion. Queen Elizabeth II - 1953 to 1966 - Scottish Lion Shield All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail. They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The pendant case is Silver plated with an engraved spiral detail on the rear and a diameter of 27 mm, height 35 mm. The Lobster claw clasp & ring are Silver plated and the Curb chain is Chromed Steel. The photos are for display purposes only so may not show your chosen year.
