This cel was part of a limited release of VINTAGE original production cels by DISNEY ART EDITIONS. Cels of Disney's Robin Hood, Pete's Dragon, Aristocats and The Jungle Book were released in 1994. I have never seen another Disney released Elliot cel with NOT lamination. It's incredibly rare. BONUS, RARE autograph recently we had the opportunity to get this piece signed by Don Bluth, On Sept 23, 2023. Don was the lead animator for the Disney film Pete's Dragon in 1977. Autograph has been certified by JSA Authentications with a Letter of Authenticity. Notarized. All cels were released to approved Disney Art Editions exclusive Galleries. Each cel was embossed with the Round Silver Walt Disney Animation logo, signifying that it was part of this exclusive release. This special release was from artwork in that actually resided IN the Disney Archives. Cels where un-trimmed. The greatest benefit of this release was the fact that Disney never laminated theses cels. So this cel will never have paint problems.
