The Lament Of A Normal Child by Phyllis McGinley is awaiting confirmation of original draft (if anyone ever responds back), but I do know that I was not able to find this in the Syracuse Archives of Phyllis McGinley items & works. It was tucked away in an Ogden Nash Book next to a signed paged in an auction purchase I made of various works. Everything is in as in condition. I cannot guarantee at this time that this is in fact Phyllis McGinley's personal original draft, however the likelihood seems to be increasing the more I reach out to secure information and to my knowledge so far, the original draft is missing from the archives that I have been able to search.
