Returns must include original tags (if any) still attached to the item. New items with detached tags, and/or opened/used, WILL NOT be accepted for returns. For domestic orders, return requests MUST be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after this period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The buyer pays for return shipping. A “buyer abuse” case will also be opened with ebay. A 30% restocking fee will also be applied to returns with false “item not described as” claims.
