Description: FROM MADEIRA WITH LOVE...! Found in an estate liquidation on Madeira Island Portugal. Vintage Silver Handle Shoe Horn fitted with a Stainless Steel (Inox) component. Black with tarnish when found, it polished well and is in really nice condition with no damaging dents or excessive abrasions......no monogram. The stainless component is still tight to the handle. It measures 7 1/4 inches in overall length. The handle is hollow and made of pure Portuguese Silver. It would have a purity in the range of 830 or 870, traditional for Portuguese Silver. MUCH OBLIGED
