Sim City - PC Big Box Sealed - VGA 80 - Near Mint

Description: This is a sealed copy of Sim City graded at VGA 80 or Near Mint condition. The only way to own this game in graded condition is with VGA given that WATA and CGC do not accept these oversized boxes for grading. There are some defects with the game corners on the front and back, with the most notable problems with the corners being on the front left side of the box. There is some light scuffing and other minor wear on the game seal. As is typical with the release, there is a warranty print out of information for the back of the box. This is an early production copy of Sim City, one of the most famous PC games of all time. Later production copies included higher numbers of games sold on the enclosed sticker, like 250,000 sold. This legendary simulation / sandbox game is a must have for any game collector.
