The date on the box is 2004. I assumed the ribbon would be dry, I installed the ribbon to test it, the ribbon is dry however it does make a faint imprint. See the last pictures. The actual time clock is in good cosmetic and working condition. It has some slight scuff marks on the side of time clock. I left the ribbon installed in the time clock. For safekeeping the key will be in the box the ribbon came in. The item is sold with a DOA warranty. The item will havewarranty void if removed labelson the major components. DO not remove my warranty label until you are satisfied with the item. Please notify me of any problems within 3 days after receiving the item.
