Description: A striking set of 6 Marie Daage dinner plates from Limoges, France made of porcelain with a bright band of color in jewel tones of pink, green and purple. There are two plates in each of these 3 colors in the set. The pattern is hand-painted, revealing a beautiful texture in each color band, and a gold filet edge adds interest to its elegant craftsmanship. They have a depth contour of approx. 1/4" that curves from the inside gold filet. The plates are 10 1/4" in diameter and in excellent pre-owned condition. There is extremely minor wear on the plates and slight wear on edge of one plate (see last photo.) The backstamp is printed with the Porcelain De Limoges France mark, and signed MARIE DAAGE.
