These socks are black with a design consisting of multiple shades of grays and greens, have off-white branding on the soles, would be great as dress socks, and are light weight with no padding or ventilation mesh. These are brand new but do not come in retail packaging. They may or may not be considered factory seconds for things such as a thread out of place, a mis-colored thread, or slight mismatch in sizes. In MOST cases, the issue is purely cosmetic, rather than functional. However, occasionally one sock will be slightly shorter, usually in the calf.
