Description: Up for sale is a Very Nice Condition, clean Stainless 5-Piece Parts Lot for the Vintage S&W J Frame Revolvers, that originated from a well cared-for Model 60 No Das Stainless Revolver. Signs of use are light to minimal among the components in this kit. To confirm, this Listing will include the following five (5) pieces: - Rebound Slide, in Stainless - NOTE: this is an early Machined piece that differs slightly in dimension from the later MIM versions. - Rebound Slide Spring - NOTE: Factory Original, Full-Length, Full Power Spring. Has not been trimmed or clipped. - Hammer Block, in Stainless - NOTE: this version of Hammer Block would be standard in the Stainless J Frame Models from the Mid 1960's thru the early 1990's. Hammer Blocks in later models were a different shape. - Cylinder Stop, in stainless - NOTE: this is an early Machined piece that differs slightly in dimension from the later MIM versions. Also, later MIM type Cylinder Stops had an OFFSET hole for the Spring, versus the one in this listing that has a centered hole. They are NOT interchangeable! - Cylinder Stop Spring - NOTE: Factory Original, Full-Length, Full Power Spring. Has not been trimmed or clipped. PLEASE READ INFO ON COMPATIBLE MODELS COMPLETELY: - The item(s) listed here are from a S&W "J Frame" revolver and are not compatible with other size frame revolvers. - The parts are Vintage forged/machined steel, and pre-date S&W's manufacturing switch in the Mid-1990's to MIM (Metal Injected Molded) parts that are currently used on today's production model revolvers. - To the best of our knowledge, as a general rule of thumb, date of manufacture of compatible models will be from Mid 1960's when the first "Model 60's" were produced thru about the late 1980's / Early 1990's. - Please pay special attention to parts that had different "versions" over the years, i.e. Hammer Struts with a Ball end vs the "Claw" end, Hands with 2 pins vs 3 pins, Sideplate Screws that all had same diameter heads versus newer sets where things changed.... - Still have questions??
