Description: Smiths / Jaeger Odometer Trip Reset Label Red on Clear Backing Reproduction Smiths and/or Jaeger Speedometer Odometer Trip Reset Label Used on vehicles originally fitted with Smiths and/or Jaeger speedometers, potentially including British, European and small batch vehicles like Shelby Cobra and others, this label was often immediately removed when the vehicle was new. This highly accurate reproduction enables an owner to restore to 'like new' and add a reminder on how to manage the odometer. The labels were derived from originals and are concours quality pieces that are identical to the original pieces. These are not the commonly available 'close enough' stickers that vaguely resemble the originals in size, typography, etc. The art was developed to be precise to all original details. The original items yellow, get damaged, brittle, etc. A refresh or restoration calls for replacement. The adhesive is non-permanent meaning that these will come off without damage to paint or the need for strong solvents. Please see my other items for a different version.
