If we advertise the item in working condition, we will issue a refund for a defective product or replace it if we have a similar product in inventory. Computers, (towers, laptops), will have a Technician Inspection Report. Based on this report, which the item is shipped, there is an understanding you are accepting the computer as listed and reported. Meeting all of the guidelines stated above, we refund the purchase price of the item. However, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The Item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold- NO modifications, NO alterations, etc. Upon receipt of Return Authorization, the buyer has three (3) BUSINESS DAYS to ship the item to us and provide the tracking number via email. We do not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to or from the buyer. Consumables such as batteries, bulbs, ink, toner and any included item subject to regular replacement are NOT covered by any kind of warranty or guarantee- this the buyer shipping a laptop, specifically, by airplane. Batteries are not intended to be airborne and can expand/leak or explode. This is the responsibility of the buyer and not covered for return or refund by us.
