There is creasing on each page at the bottom near the binding. About 55 pages of content. Dark blue cloth boards with gilt lettering. The boards have much discoloration and some large water stains; there is also some light rubbing along the corners and edges. The book has a faint smoky odor. Overall very good- condition.
