As for the time it takes for your package to arrive, you can expect waiting times of at least 10 to 15 days for orders to the continental United States, but it could take longer depending on the distance and size of your package. Larger packages can take an additional week or two to arrive. These dates are not guaranteed though, and it can very well take over a month for your package to arrive. This is a rare exception though, and for the most part packages usually arrive within a few weeks. I've been selling on eBay from Panama for a couple of years now and I'm happy to report that lost packages are a very rare exception. Your package is insured against loses so in the worst case scenario that your package can't be traced you will be fully reimbursed.
