Text in Spanish. Complete rare set with eighteen rare folding maps and plans. Every one of the maps is scarce. Attractive antiquarian full tree leather bindings, smooth spine, gilt title lettering, marbled edges and end papers. With old library book plates to front paste downs and small minor blind stamps to the plates which is easy to miss or overlook and is in no way an issue. Set is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time but is in about as nice condition as one could hope for. Bindings gently age worn but still appealing, leather and joints slightly rubbed but still supple, set remains overall very attractive as an object. A splendid set. Text block paper is gently age toned as typical, internally book remains mostly clean, tight and sound. A set which has been taken care of but may/ does not look like new. Still attractive on the shelf. Set displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in rather nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws seem easy to overlook or forgive. Please review photos for more detailed attempt to present this monumental rare set as it survives.
