The condition is fare as it has been very well used over the past 60 plus years. All the lacing appears to be intact apart from the strap that holds the glove to your hand. A strip if leather lacing, specifically for baseball gloves can be bought online for $7. The repair will be easy and inexpensive and can be done at home. Once that is done the glove can be displayed or used for many more years.
