Description: This is a (1668-1747) Spanish Colonial 1/2 Real Silver Cob NGC Genuine. The cob is Shipwreck Certified by NGC guaranteed although the particular wreck is unknown. Some may be able to place the cob to a particular wreck based on the design (or what is left). There is no paperwork that accompanies the cob, but regardless it is a neat piece of shipwreck history. The plastic slab has some scratch marks on the back (looks like rubbing from a bin or something). The first two images are provided by the NGC Photography Team and can be downloaded.
